Indigo’s implementation team has the technical expertise necessary to design, build, test and deploy BI and financial management solutions. By using our services, you can dramatically increase the efficiency and speed of implementation and deployment, while minimising the risks often associated with the introduction of new enterprise systems.

Indigo utilises a four-step STAR methodology (Structured Timely Accurate Results) to control the implementation process. We aim to ensure an optimum outcome with minimum disruption to your day-to-day business activities.

Implementation is generally a four stage process:

Discovery

During the discovery phase, we work with you to define and finalise your specific solution requirements. This involves understanding functional and capacity requirements, success factors of the project, data and process flow.

Design

The design phase begins with a Statement of Work (SOW), which specifies all components of the project. A design document is also developed to detail the exact structure of the solution.

Development

Frequent progress meetings are held during the development phase, to monitor progress and ensure the design objectives are being met. We focus on achieving user acceptance as early as possible.

Delivery

Once user acceptance is achieved, Indigo works with you to ensure that the final elements of the project are addressed, including documentation, knowledge transfer and project signoff.
